Introduction:

Our sand pumps are divided into sandard types and high pressure sand pumps. The standard sand pumps are SG series, and the high pressure ones are SGH series. Both of the two series of sand pumps are designed to handle large particles, like rocks and stones. The impellers of these gravel pumps are 3-vane, closed type. Impeller, casing and front cover are made of high chrome alloy, which IS designated A05, and the below is its chemical compositions.

When the site is short of power/electricity, the alternative is to use diesel engine to drive the sand pumps. As you know, the sand pumps are widely used to pump/suction sand from river, lake or pond, power is not always available. The brands of diesel engines we recommend are China Weichai, Commins, etc..

Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet-passage. The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance alloys. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°.This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation. Good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.
