Specifications: 1) Introduction: ZJL pump IS single stage single suction vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, pump with internal and external double-layer Metal structure, the product efficiency, energy saving, long life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, suitable for power , metallurgy, coal, building materials industries, processing medium containing solid particles of abrasive or corrosive paste, liquid mixture of 45% concentration of slurry, the slurry is 60%, medium temperature ≤ 60 °C, the multi-stage pump can used in tandem. 2) Structure: 1.Pump head-Single-case pump 2. Pump inlet-Vertically downward 3. Pump outlet-Vertically upward 4. Bearing-On pump upper side to support the pump; uses grease lubrication. 5. Flowing parts-Wear-resistant materials 6. Submerged parts-All Rubber-lined outside 7. Drive Shaft and inlet pipe-Used with different lengths according to different slurry depths. 8. Impeller, volute, rear guard board-High chromium cast iron. 9. No shaft seal. 10.Driving -Directly coupled or Belt driven 3) Application: ZJL slurry pumps are widely applied for mine, metallurgy, electric power, coal, environment-protection and other industrial fields to transport abrasive-corrosive slurries without edges, coarse particles and highly dense slurries 4) Construction: Structural Drawing of YQ ZJL Slurry Pump :
